credit crunch????

I just want to share this with you guys...I received 2 letters today and they were both from chase bank. Guess what?? They have decided to cancel my cards because my ex was late on couple of payments (she was never here mentally) I was appalled by their decision because I had recently paid off both cards (balance was over $5000 on each) and they still decide to cancel my cards? Oh well, I am probably better without them anyways....is this a sign of something more serious to come? I remember in the past when I forget to make a payment they just charge you a late fee and that was it..but this is getting crazy...I mean especially if I just paid off over $10,000 of debt.

BUG OUT!

I got talking with a friend last night...he struck a very interesting question, he ask where would I go if SHTF? I've been pondering on this question for a long time but yet to come up with a solid answer...so we agreed that we would do our own brainstorming and come back to share our ideas. I will update you guys with what we come up with...in the meantime if you have your own ideas please share them. You will need to take in account that all the major highways will be blocked and also consider the places you bug out to will be crowded with other people just like you. You can also comment on what you have in your bug out bag...this is always interesting to know what other people carry in their bug out bag. Prepare to be mobile

Did you know that you can take vacations just about everyday and have less liabilities? Personally I am working on doing just that and will do it via internet marketing etc....too many details but I will give you few links to help you get started. Oil price

I don't know how many of you actually pays attention to oil prices...but it is going to go way up. I was at the pump today where normally premiums used to be $2.60 and it is now $3.00. I think this is just the beginning..things are going to get a lot worse. So buy silver ...buy gold...at least it will keep up with inflation. My entire reason for buying gold and silver is not really to profit but rather as a way of preserving wealth, but if I profit then good.

Update on silver and gold 3/15/2010.
silver - $17.10 per troy ounce
gold-1104.10 per troy ounce

these prices are very reasonable...especially on silver. I am more bullish on silver for several different reasons....
1) silver is less abundant above earth
2) silver is traditionally at a ratio of 1:15 and it is currently on 1:65
3) silver is consumed not hoarded like gold..it has a lot more industrial use therefore is depleting a lot faster.

these are my beliefs but you may have your own thoughts on this.
