I am hosting a silver contest #1(as there will be another one as soon as we picked a winner for for this contest) for those who wants to win a beautiful one ounce American silver eagle coin. This is not a scam! But first I want you to know that this contest is held for US and Canada only! ( For U.S. there will be no shipping cost but additional shipping will apply for canadian winners...sorry :-( ) To be qualify for the contest you will need to follow the listed simple steps listed below. 1. Update on California Economy-Hermosa/Redondo Beach

Quick update on what's going on here in Hermosa/Redondo Beach California.....I noticed a lot of people living in their vehicle...and did took a pic of a girl that sleeps in her car nearby...This girl sleep in her car every night but she changes the street that sleeps...I know this because I always see her sleeping in her car while walking my dogs.

This girl isn't the only one I've seen sleeping in cars, as a matter of fact I just sold my Dodge Ram 250 conversion van to this guy for $1100 (I paid $2000 2 weeks prior)...he said he was planning on sleeping in it with his newly wed because they are going through a hard financial situation. Just to clarify, Hermosa/Redondo Beach is considered a pretty decent neighborhood average income is around $140,000 but how they average that I am not sure. (my guess it's the 5% that brought up the average and 95% poor)

New way of making money, this is not a scam!

One thing I've always wanted in life was the ability to be mobile....to be where ever I want and be able to make money. I found Janet Smith's nomad's guide and I started doing it and it really works. Remember, this is legitimate way to make money so it does require work on your part....not a quick make money scheme. Living in a van...

As a result of the housing cost in Los Angeles, I have resorted to sleeping in a Dodge RAM 250 Conversion Van.

What I learned about sleeping in a van??? Well, I wouldn't recommend sleeping in a van unless if you are by yourself. Other than my son and my ex we have 3 dogs!!!!
There's barely enough space for all of us! The most difficult part for me is keeping the dogs quiet, the slightest noise sets them off barking. If you have dogs, finding a place to park for the night would be tricky. I will update my situation when there's new developments.

Updates on me...

I know that I have not update you guys on what's going on in my life lately but there goes... Back in May of 2011 I had made a huge move or shall I say huge mistake to move to Los Angeles. WARNING: For those of you that are thinking about moving here, you've been warne! First of all, to live comfortably in LA (and I am referring to Hermosa Beach) you would need to be a millionaire, otherwise you are stuck rooming with few other people and still paying a fortune for rent. For a decent house (meaning 2 bed one bath and around 1000 sq ft) you are looking to pay around $500,000-$600,000. Assuming if you have the house/condo paid for you are still facing having to come up with about $7,000 a year just for property tax! Totally not worth it! I am in process of trying to get myself out of this mess by moving back to Colorado (home sweet home) Wish me luck!

Market to collapse between mid to late October

Based on my research from many different sources it appears that the stock market will take a huge plunge between mid to late October. Those of you who hold physical silver and gold make sure to hold on to it. I know some of you out there are thinking about selling your metals now because you think the market will tank and you will buy back at a lower price. Don't make this mistake, I believe silver in particular will not be available for purchase if price gets below it's current spot price (it is currently at about $32). Even now there are very few people selling on Craigslist but if silver dips to about $25, we will probably see APMEX and other dealers halt all their sales.

Make sure to hold your physical silver, if there's anything that you should be doing would be buying not selling physical silver. If you hold AGQ then this might be a good time to sell before the crash.

Hold on guys, the world is undergoing some major changes and let this make you not break you. The financial system as we know it will crash (it is inevitable) and you need to hold things of value or things that will preserve your hard earned cash.
